Intelligence is overrated. Proof of that is Deval Patrick, who we hear on a regular basis is so smart, but can't seem to get out of his own way. Seems to me to be a classic case of psycology trumping brains. King Patrick has a haughty sence of entittlement that leads to bad decisions. We've moved now from bad judgement in the caddy caper to political corruption, as deval is busted for lobbying for corperate cronnies with business before the state. There goes the king,apologizing again, the one skill he seems to be getting really good at. I wonder if it's the media's fault this time too. What ever the excuses, it's no surprise that this guy cut his teeth in the Clinton White House. After all, he was only helping a campaign donor get some business done.

I've got to say that the  massachusetts states brand new health plan is in trouble. Faced with insurance quotes that would put minimum coverage costs at close to $400/month, the insurers had their arms twisted. Now they've got plans closer to $200/month. But they accomplished this with a deductable of $2000.00 WHAT. How the fuck does a health insurance plan that does'nt cover anything that costs less than $2000.00 help people that don't have much money? Not in any way they can see.................

As a devout liberal, governor Deval Patrick is obviously concerned about the ravages of the global warming emergecy, and eager not just to do whatever possible to be Carbon Neutral, but also eager to use the visibility of his office to model good behavior.That's why as a devout liberal, the governor is being a hypocrite.
